Ingredients
4Chicken ThighsBoneless, Skinless
2TablespoonOlive Oil
2TablespoonLemon Juice
2teaspoonsSmoked Paprika
2teaspoonSalt
1/2teaspoonGround Pepper
2teaspoonMixed Herbs
Instructions
In a large bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, herbs, and garlic.
Add chicken thighs and rub the marinade well.
Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in one single layer.
Air fry at 356 F/ 180 C for 10 minutes and flip the chicken pieces over and air fry for another 10 minutes.
Check that the internal temperature has reached 165 F ( 74 C)
Remove the chicken to a plate, cover it with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Notes
Note #1 – Air fryers work by circulating hot air around the basket, making for efficient frying. For best results, keep some space between the chicken thighs. If they do not all fit in one basket, fry them in two batches.
Note #2 – The size and capacity of air fryers vary, as do the size of chicken thighs. Adjust time accordingly. Just remember to cook till you reach a safe internal temperature of 170 F or 75 C.
