4cupsCauliflower Florets
2cupsPotato Slices
1tbspCooking Oil
1tspSalt
2tbsp Water
For Hot Oil Spice Masala Mix
4tbspCooking Oil
1/8tspAsafoetidaPinch
1tspCumin Seeds
1/2tspTurmeric
1tspChilli Powder
1tbspGinger
1tbspGarlic
1tbspGreen ChilliesAdjust as per taste

Instructions
Air Frying Cauliflower and Potatoes
Using a small knife, break the cauliflower hear into medium sized florets - about 1 inch top diameter. (see pictures)
Slice Potatoes about 1/2 cm thick.
In a large bowl, add the cauliflower and add oil. Mix well to coat.
Add salt and toss gently.
Add a tablespoon of water to the Air Fryer bowl.
Arrange cauliflower in a single layer and air fry at 350 F / 180 C for about 10 - 15 minutes.
Add salt, and oil to potatoes, and air fry at 350 F / 180C for 10 minutes.
Hot Oil Spiced Masala Mix
Wipe the bowl clean, and add asafoetida, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, green chillies, turmeric, and red chilli powder.
Heat oil in a pan till smoking, and carefully pour it over the spice mix.
Add the roasted cauliflowers and potatoes to the oil mix and stir well.
Check for salt and adjust accordsingly.
Garnish with coriander or green chillies and serve hot.
