Keto Tuscan Garlic Chicken
This creamy Keto Tuscan Garlic Chicken is packed with flavor and low in carbs. It's an easy one-skillet dinner that's perfect for weeknights or special occasions.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Sear chicken 4–5 mins per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 min. Add chicken broth, scraping up browned bits.
Stir in cream and Parmesan. Simmer 3–4 mins until thickened.
Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Stir until spinach wilts.
Return chicken to pan. Simmer 2–3 more mins. Spoon sauce over chicken. Serve hot!
Notes
Note #1: I used two large chicken breasts (they were roughly 1/2 lb / 200 g each). If your chicken breasts are small, you can use four as-is.Use chicken thighs for more fat and flavor.Coconut cream can be substituted for cream for a dairy-free version.
