Ingredients
- 2 pounds lamb loin chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest rind of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary
Instructions
Marinate the Lamb:
- Pat the lamb loin chops dry with paper towels, then season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Place the lamb chops in the marinade over the chops, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 6 hours for more intense flavor.
Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
Cook the Lamb Loin Chops:
- Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
- Place the lamb loin chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Ensure there’s space between the chops for even cooking.
- Cook the lamb chops at 400°F (200°C) for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the chops and your preferred level of doneness:
- Medium-rare: 8 minutes
- Medium: 10 minutes
- Well-done: 12 minutes
