1. In a small bowl, mix together oyster sauce, soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, and sesame oil. water, and corn flour. Stir well. Make a cornflower slurry by mixing cornflour with water.

2. Slice beef into thin slices (about 1/8 inch). Cut against the grain. See sketch.

3. Add 2 Tablespoons of stir-fry sauce, and 1 teaspoon of cornflour slurry to the sliced beef, and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
