Chicken Thigh Fillets – Skinless and Boneless:

They are a great source of protein and can be prepared in various ways, making them a staple ingredient in a lot of my weeknight meals.

Olive Oil: Since we do not have the fat from the skin, olive oil (I used extra virgin) helps to keep them moist during cooking and enhances their taste. Olive oil also contains beneficial antioxidants and healthy fats.

Lemon Juice: Lemon juice provides a bright and tangy flavor that complements chicken breasts beautifully. It adds a refreshing citrusy note and the acids tenderize the meat before cooking.

Paprika: I have used the smoked variety. Sweet Paprika is mild in heat but provides a smokey flavor, and beautiful color to the chicken. You can also use Indian Kashmiri Chili powder.

Salt + Pepper: For seasoning. To have well-salted chicken, keep it in this marinade for as long as you can (up to 24 hours)

Notes

Note #1 – Air fryers work by circulating hot air around the basket, making for efficient frying. For best results, keep some space between the chicken thighs. If they do not all fit in one basket, fry them in two batches.
 
Note #2 – The size and capacity of air fryers vary, as do the size of chicken thighs. Adjust time accordingly. Just remember to cook till you reach a safe internal temperature of 170 F or 75 C.
